Our specialty: producing high-end ball-points pens according to in-house designs, for which 5 to 10% of our profits are reinvested annually. All ball-point pens are made at our own highly-efficient factory, and are most commonly offered value-packaged with a diverse range of notebook and office products, for excellent client gifts. Totop Founder and GM Alan Zhou has worked in the ball-point pen business for nearly 20 years, including more than 15 as a factory manager. The core staff here is also highly-experienced - whether on the shop floor or in engineering, design, QC, sales or purchasing. We take on clients one by one and then, using continuous improvement principles, repeat yet improve upon our service and solutions with each buying cycle. Our company and its people are modest, yet confident - a confidence we have earned right along with our reputation, which has been built one client at time for two decades.
